These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of upwordsspeech.com (the "Site") and the services offered by UpWords Speech Therapy Services, LLC ("UpWords Speech," "we," "us," or "our"). By using the Site or our services, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Site.
2. About our services
UpWords Speech provides pediatric speech-language pathology services in Columbus, Ohio, including in-person therapy, virtual sessions, evaluations, private tutoring, and parent coaching. Specific services and pricing are described on the relevant pages of this Site and confirmed at registration.

3. Scheduling, payment & cancellation
Specific scheduling and payment terms are outlined in your client agreement and reviewed during registration. In general:
- A payment card on file is required for all clinical services.
- Estimated session amounts are charged on the day of service based on your insurance plan.
- Cancellation policies and any associated fees are described in your client agreement.
- Private tutoring sessions are paid in advance, per session.
4. Use of this Site
You agree to use this Site only for lawful purposes. You may not:
- Use the Site in any way that violates applicable law or regulation.
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Site or related systems.
- Use automated tools to scrape, copy, or republish Site content without permission.
- Submit false or misleading information through any form.
